The Journal of Technology and Knowledge Research in Education, pursuant to License No. 91698 dated 2022/05/20 from the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance, has been granted permission to publish as a quarterly journal. It accepts articles in the field of Educational Sciences, focusing on new studies in this discipline.

In line with the mission and role of Payame Noor University in the process of developing and enhancing higher education in the country, the policies of this journal are as follows:
