The purpose of this research is to investigate the relationship between the components of human resource improvement and knowledge management and the attitude of elementary teachers. The descriptive research method is correlation type. The statistical population of this research includes all the primary teachers of Kerman city who was teaching in the academic year 2022-2023, which numbered 245 and the sample size was 150 based on Cochran's formula and was selected by simple random sampling method. The method of data collection in this research is the field-library method and the collection tool is the human resource improvement questionnaire (Velba & Jansen; 2010), the standard questionnaire for knowledge acquisition and sharing in the organization, Bennett (1999), and the occupational and organizational attitude questionnaire of employees (Azimi et al. 2019) has been used. In this research, two methods of descriptive statistics and inferential statistics were used for data analysis. First, for the variables of human resources improvement and knowledge management and attitude, descriptive indicators such as mean, median, etc. and statistical charts were prepared and inferential statistics were performed using SPSS software, Pearson's correlation coefficient. The results showed that there is a significant relationship between the components of improving human resources and the management of elementary school students. There is a significant relationship between the components of improving human resources and the attitude of primary teachers. There is a significant relationship between the components of improving human resources and knowledge management and the attitude of elementary teachers. Therefore the components of improving human resources such as motivation, job satisfaction and creativity can have positive effects on the state of knowledge management and the attitude of elementary teachers, including facilitating the collection and sharing of knowledge and creating innovative spaces for teaching and learning in the future generation of the country.
