رابطه حمایت سازمانی ادراک شده با بهره‌وری آموزشی با میانجی گری تاب‌آوری روانشناختی در بین معلمان متوسطه دوم

چکیده

هدف این پژوهش رابطه حمایت سازمانی ادراک شده با بهره‌وری آموزشی با میانجی گری تاب‌آوری روانشناختی در بین معلمان متوسطه دوم شهرستان نورآباد ممسنی بود. پژوهش حاضر، از لحاظ هدف، کاربردی و از نظر روش، توصیفی و از نوع همبستگی بوده است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش معلمان متوسطه دوم شهر نورآباد ممسنی در سال تحصیلی 1404-1403 به تعداد 420 نفر بود، که از این تعداد205 نفر با استفاده از جدول به عنوان نمونه و به روش نمونه گیری طبقه‌ای تصادفی با محقق همکاری کردند. برای گردآوری اطلاعات از پرسشنامه بهره‌وری هرسی و گلداسمیت (1980)، پرسشنامه حمایت سازمانی ادراک‌شده وطن‌خواه و همکاران (2017) و پرسشنامه تاب‌آوری روانشناختی کانر و دیدید سون (2003) استفاده شد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از روش همبستگی، رگرسیون و معادلات ساختاری بر پایه نرم افزارهای و استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که بین حمایت سازمانی ادراک شده با بهره‌وری آموزشی از طریق تاب‌آوری روانشناختی در معلمان رابطه مثبت و معناداری وجود دارد. بین حمایت سازمانی ادراک شده و مولفه‌های آن با بهره‌وری آموزشی و تاب‌آوری روانشناختی معلمان رابطه مثبت و معناداری وجود دارد. بین تاب‌آوری روانشناختی با بهره‌وری آموزشی معلمان رابطه مثبت و معناداری وجود دارد. حمایت سازمانی ادراک شده قابلیت پیش‌بینی بهره‌وری آموزشی معلمان را دارد. همچنین حمایت سازمانی ادراک شده قابلیت پیش‌بینی تاب‌آوری روانشناختی معلمان را دارد، و در نهایت مشخص گردید که تاب‌آوری روانشناختی قابلیت پیش‌بینی بهره‌وری آموزشی معلمان را دارد. بنابراین شایسته است که به منظور افزایش بهره وری آموزشی در جامعه هدف توجه ویژه ای به حمایت سازمانی و تاب آوری روانشناختی شود.

The objective of this study was the relationship between perceived organizational support and educational productivity mediated by psychological resilience among secondary school teachers in Noorabad Mamasani City. The present study was applied in terms of purpose and descriptive and correlational in terms of method. The statistical population of this study was 420 secondary school teachers in Noorabad Mamasani city in the academic year 2022-2023, of which 205 people cooperated with the researcher using a table as a sample and a random stratified sampling method. To collect data, the productivity questionnaire of Hersey and Goldsmith (1980), the perceived organizational support questionnaire of Vatankhah et al. (2017) and the psychological resilience questionnaire of Connor and Dididson (2003) were used. To analyze the data, correlation, regression and structural equations methods based on SPSS27 and PLS3 software were used. The results showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between perceived organizational support and educational productivity through psychological resilience in teachers (P≤0.01). There is a positive and significant relationship between perceived organizational support and its components with educational productivity and psychological resilience of teachers. There is a positive and significant relationship between psychological resilience and educational productivity of teachers. Perceived organizational support has the ability to predict teachers' educational productivity. Also, perceived organizational support has the ability to predict teachers' psychological resilience, and finally it was determined that psychological resilience has the ability to predict teachers' educational productivity. Therefore, it is appropriate to pay special attention to organizational support and psychological resilience in order to increase educational productivity in the target population.
