The main objective of this study was the relationship between perceived organizational support and educational productivity mediated by psychological resilience among secondary school teachers in Noorabad Mamasani city. The present study was applied in terms of purpose and descriptive and correlational in terms of method. The statistical population of this study was 420 secondary school teachers in Noorabad Mamasani city in the academic year 1403-1404, of which 205 people cooperated with the researcher using a table as a sample and a random stratified sampling method. To collect data, the productivity questionnaire of Hersey and Goldsmith (1980), the perceived organizational support questionnaire of Vatankhah et al. (2017) and the psychological resilience questionnaire of Connor and Dididson (2003) were used. To analyze the data, correlation, regression and structural equations methods based on SPSS27 and PLS3 software were used. The results showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between perceived organizational support and educational productivity through psychological resilience in teachers (P≤0.01). There is a positive and significant relationship between perceived organizational support and its components with educational productivity and psychological resilience of teachers. There is a positive and significant relationship between psychological resilience and educational productivity of teachers. Perceived organizational support has the ability to predict teachers' educational productivity. Also, perceived organizational support has the ability to predict teachers' psychological resilience, and finally it was determined that psychological resilience has the ability to predict teachers' educational productivity. Therefore, it is appropriate to pay special attention to organizational support and psychological resilience in order to increase educational productivity in the target population
